Purchase Currency
- Stripe is our payment processor, and all prices on our website are listed in USD. We accept all currencies that can be processed through Stripe.
Refund Policy
- Refund policy: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any of the services rendered. All payments are final once the service begins.
- Delivery policy: Digital products are delivered immediately. Services are delivered as outlined in discovery call and formal contract.
- Return policy: We do not offer returns to any purchases.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy: For ongoing services, clients can cancel under the terms of their contract, which typically requires 60 to 90 days’ notice for termination. All one-off services must be pre-paid in full and are non-refundable.
